2010 Southern Counties Tournament Activity
Get out and about over the weeks to come and participate in these Southern Counties tournaments. If you have a fixture you would like included, let Ruth Marsden have the details.
Proposed new Team Competion
As Ed Breed is not running the Knockout Cup this year, Elizabeth Jardine is hoping to replace it with the Southern Counties Team Competition. It will be rather like the Yvonne Jukes cup where teams of four play against their opposite numbers eg 1v1, 2v2, etc. in a sort of Round Robin format. Elizabeth hopes to find a day in September (possibly 19th) when the League has quietened down a bit, and a venue in Bournemouth that can take about 48 people. The cost will be consistent (possibly less) with an ordinary one day tournament.
